When you request an audit we collect your name, company, email, optional phone, website URL, and scan consent. Payment processing uses Stripe or PayPal — we never store card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

We use your contact details to deliver audit results, quotes, and service communications. Scan evidence is used to produce reports and modernization recommendations.

Where data is stored

Credentials, payment records, deployment logs, and scan evidence are stored on Tech4Service VPS infrastructure at websiteforge.tech4service.ca — not in shared public website hosting.

Public website scans

Audits analyze publicly reachable pages. We respect robots.txt where configured. We do not publish your audit to third parties without consent.

Retention

Production customer projects are retained for service delivery. Test or internal scans may be archived per operator policy.
